Preparation method:

2L three-mouth round bottom flask is equipped with agitator and temperature regulator. Put 600g formaldehyde into the flask and adjust the pH to 7.4 with sodium hydroxide solution. When 500g of hyne was added to the flask, intense exothermic heat was observed, the temperature rose, and most of the hyne dissolved. Adjust the pH to 8.3 with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide and stir the reaction mixture at 55 ° C for 1 hour. Add 175g of water and cool to room temperature. Add 10.5gNH4Cl and stir well.
