The preparation process of stannous acetate (propyl alkalopropionate) is characterized in that it comprises the following specific steps: (1) weighing stannous oxide, weighing deionized water according to a mass ratio of 1-2∶1 to stannous oxide, and adding it to a reaction kettle; (2) Start stirring and slowly add the stannous oxide measured in step (1); (3) Heating up, when the temperature rises to 75-85℃, gradually add the Chemicalbook solution of glacial acetic acid, stir while adding, and complete the feeding within 30 minutes; (4) Continue to heat up to 95-100℃, heat preservation for 3h; (6) Maintain a temperature of 100℃ for heat preservation, vacuum distillation, until no low boiling substance distillate, and stop distillation after the material is white solid; (6) Stop the machine, take out the product, crush it and dry it in the oven at 100℃ to obtain the required stannous acetate (propyl alkane propionate) product.
