Synthesis method:
Method 1: Starting from vinyl methyl ether and monophosgene in the presence of solvent and catalyst, the addition reaction to produce chloride and propionyl chloride, propionyl chloride and methanol in the presence of organic base substituted condensation to produce chloroalkyl ester, alkyl ester in the presence of catalyst cracking reaction, remove HCl, to obtain 3-methoxyacrylate methyl ester.
Method 2: Using methyl acrylate as raw material, methyl 2, 3-dibromopropionate was obtained through bromination addition, and then etherized with sodium methanol to obtain methyl 3, 3-dimethoxy-propionate, and then carried out cracking reaction in the presence of catalyst to remove HCl and obtain methyl 3-methoxy-acrylate.
