The preparation method of tetramethyltetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane includes :(1) Adding methylvinyldichlorosilane into a low temperature solvent system, reacting at low temperature for a period of time, and then rising to high temperature for cyclization reaction. After the reaction is completed, the reaction liquid is cooled and separated to obtain acid water layer and oil layer; The solvent system comprises water and surface activity; (2) Add salt solution to the oil layer for washing and settling, and adjust the pH value of the mixture to separate the hydrolysate; (3) The hydrolysate is fractionated under reduced pressure to obtain a fraction containing tetramethyltetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane.
